Facility Rental Rates

In addition to all the fun on the water, OCSA members can also rent any of our facilities for their family events like bar-b-ques, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday parties or weddings at our beautiful lakefront setting for a very modest fee. Only members may rent any of our facilities.

Dates are not reserved until a signed Rental Contract and appropriate deposit is received by OCSA.

Blaine Hall

Capacity of Blaine Hall is limited to 100 people. Usage of the Hall is subject to approval by the OCSA Board of Directors. Requests to reserve the hall will be made in writing to the OCSA business office and will be considered at the next regularly scheduled, monthly Board meeting. Written requests should contain all information on the event.

There is an additional “Wedding Premium” charge of $250.00 which includes a 1-Hour pre-wedding meeting by appointment. Additional pre-wedding meeting time hours by appointment at $25 hour each.

Chair and Table Rental:

OCSA can provide banquet round tables and folding chair set-up and take down. This service is available at $5.00 per table/$1.50 per chair. There are 10, 60” diameter round tables available that seat up to 8 people maximum. There are 6, 72” x 30” rectangular tables available that seat 6 people maximum. There are 100 metal folding chairs available for seating.
